You’ll get a personalized plan that covers it all: root cause medications (if needed), supplements, nutrition, and long-term strategy. If you’re unsure where to begin or want the most complete support, this is the one to book.

Weight Loss & Fitness Consultation (Targeted Option)
 Focused strictly on weight loss, energy, and metabolic health. This includes access to prescription weight loss medications like semaglutide or tirzepatide, plus guidance on nutrition, movement, and supplements. It does not include full hormone or gut testing unless added separately.

Hormone Therapy Consultation (Focused on Hormones Only)
 Designed for men or women experiencing hormone-related symptoms like fatigue, hot flashes, low libido, or mood changes. We test and address thyroid and sex hormones only. Ideal for patients who’ve already had other areas evaluated and just need targeted hormone support.

➝ Step 3: Thrive – Once you're on the right path, we help you stay there. You’ll get continued access to your provider through the patient portal, regular follow-ups to assess progress, and on-demand adjustments to your plan.
