Nurse Practitioner
Kristy Moore is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 20 years of advanced clinical experience caring for patients across family medicine, women’s health, hormone optimization, urgent care, regenerative medicine, and wellness-focused care. Known for her compassionate, down-to-earth approach, Kristy is passionate about helping patients uncover the root causes behind symptoms that are often dismissed or overlooked in traditional medicine.
Kristy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and later completed her Master of Science in Nursing through Texas Woman’s University’s Family Nurse Practitioner Program. Throughout her career, she has cared for patients ranging from pediatrics to geriatrics, with extensive experience managing chronic health conditions, hormone imbalances, weight concerns, fatigue, thyroid dysfunction, inflammation, and metabolic health.
As a Certified Functional Medicine Practitioner and Certified EvexiPEL Provider, Kristy combines evidence-based medicine with a personalized, root-cause approach to care. She has advanced training in comprehensive laboratory analysis, bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT), peptide therapy, medically supervised weight loss, gut health, lifestyle medicine, and targeted supplementation. Her goal is to help both women and men regain energy, improve body composition, optimize hormones, and restore overall vitality.
Kristy’s clinical background also includes advanced experience in regenerative and aesthetic medicine, including PRP therapy, joint injections, trigger point injections, stem cell therapies, and neuromodulator treatments. Her diverse background allows her to approach patient care from a comprehensive perspective, focusing not only on symptom relief, but long-term wellness, function, and quality of life.
Over the course of her career, Kristy has worked in family practice, women’s health, urgent care, telemedicine, pain management, and regenerative medicine settings throughout North Texas. She also served as adjunct faculty for Family Nurse Practitioner students at Texas Woman’s University, reflecting her passion for continued education and mentorship within healthcare.
Kristy believes patients deserve to feel heard, understood, and fully supported in their health journey. She is dedicated to creating individualized treatment plans that address the whole person, not just isolated symptoms, while helping patients feel confident, empowered, and in control of their health again.
Outside the clinic, Kristy enjoys fitness, continuing education in functional and regenerative medicine, and spending time with family and friends.
